​​The furthest thing from my mind in my thirties was to go to school for Illustration, but sure enough, that is where I found myself. (see pic 1)​​​​​​​​

After graduation, I ended up in apartment maintenance and renovations to help pay the bills, as I’m sure most people can relate. (see pic 2)

​However, I established my first studio in downtown Colorado Springs in 2023 and have been painting full-time since. (see pic 3)

I love to paint a variety of things; usually, they involve people or animals on the canvas. I am drawn to bold colors, intense lighting, and dynamic composition and textures.  My work typically features a combination of brushwork and palette knife techniques intertwined on the canvas.
